Kelly Madison Media Wins Most Outrageous at 2014 AVN Awards
Ryan and Kelly Madison not only made some of the best adult movies and
content of 2013, they made some of the most controversial. They seemed a
lock in what is traditionally one of the most competitive and
sought-after awards of the night: Most Outrageous Sex Scene.
And they won.
The Chanel Preston/Ryan Madison scene “Give Me
Strength” from Get My Belt (Kelly Madison/Juicy) took the honors,
beating out another scene from the movie, “Hold Your Breath,” featuring
Brooklyn Lee with Ryan.
(Curiously, if the many reviews of the movie are to be believed,
what was possibly the movie’s most outrageous scene, a slave-themed
shocker starring Skin Diamond, actually didn’t even get nominated in the
category!)
AVN’s review of the movie, posted July 15, sets up the winning scene this way:
“After
some bondage and wax play of a deliciously restrained Chanel Preston,
we learn that Ryan Madison is playing a Catholic priest in this vignette
shot in black and white. Preston sits alone in a bathroom with the
words “GIVE ME STRENGTH” scrawled on the wall in lipstick. Madison fucks
her hard and uses the water to torment and challenge her.”
The entire movie was received tremendous accolades by a
sometimes-stunned field of critics, something that is difficult in 2014,
and the movie received seven nominations for the 2014 AVN Awards.
“All
the porn that was shot last year and we made the most outrageous scene!
Gotta love it!” Ryan said. “And a big thanks to Chanel, no one else
could have pulled that off.”
