Alexa Aimes Guests on Derek and Romaine Show

Beautiful porn starlet Alexa Aimes will be an in-studio guest on Sirius/XM’s Derek and Romaine Show this Wednesday, March 5 at 6pm PST / 9pm EST on Sirius Out Q, Channel 109.

Alexa is in New York City for a brief visit and is very excited to meet the dishy, dynamic duo.
