Maryjean Stars in Bumblefoot’s Music Video for Little Brother is Watching
Gorgeous
Dominican starlet Maryjean stars in Ron“Bumblefoot” Thal’s latest music video, “Little Brother is Watching.” The
video for the Guns n Roses guitarist’s title track, from his upcoming solo
album, was shot at Headquarters Gentlemen’s Club.
“It
was such a thrill to star in my first rock music video,” says Maryjean. “I’m
usually known as the hiphop girl, but I definitely have some heavy metal in me.
Bumblefoot and his whole crew were so professional and treated me like a queen;
I can’t wait to see the results!”
The
music video was directed, produced, and edited by filmmaker Gabriella Loutfi of
Bittersweet Pictures. Set in
ancient Egypt, the voluptuous Maryjean plays a bellydancer, who tries unsuccessfully
to amuse the king, played by Bumblefoot. Loutfi’s previous projects include
music videos for Brielle Von Hugel, Papoose featuring DJ Premier, MTV’s The
IconicBoyz, and a promo video for Lava Records CEO Jason Flom, featuring Lorde,
Rob Thomas, and more.
“Maryjean was perfect!” says Bumblefoot. “In the video, we were
supposed to act as if we were unimpressed with her belly-dancing, but I can
honestly say nothing was farther from the truth! She was thrilling to watch in
action, and it was a pleasure to work with her.”
A special viewing party in New York City is in the
works for later this month.
