Brandy Aniston ‘Star Wars XXX’ Scene Nominated for XBIZ Award

 The Rising Star PR Award Season 2012 Kick-Off Party over the weekend turned out to be great timing for those like Brandy Aniston who scored nominations for the 2013 XBIZ Awards.

Brandy, whose becoming best known for her parody work over the past couple years, scored a nomination for her scene with Eve Laurence and Dick Chibbles in Star Wars XXX: A Porn Parody. Brandy’s work in other parodies such as starring as Wednesday in last years Addams Family XXX and playing Jesse in Breaking Bad XXX, which goes on sale later this month has refined her acting to accent her already-hot sex scenes. Both Addams Family XXX and Breaking Bad XXX are Sweet Mess Films releases.

Star Wars XXX, which was directed by Axel Braun for Axel Braun Productions/Vivid Entertainment, received 16 nominations, including Parody Release of the Year – Comedy.

“It was a huge release, obviously,” Brandy said at the party this weekend. “It’s always fun to be part of a big production like that and I think everyone was blown away by the final product. I'm really happy to be honored by XBIZ with the nomination.”

Brett Rossi Performance Garners 2013 XBIZ Awards Nomination

Brett Rossi starred in the Hustler movie that didn’t beat around the bush, Nice Shoes, Wanna Fuck?, and her finger-lickin’ good scene with Celeste Star has been recognized with a nomination for Best Scene – All-Girl for the 2013 XBIZ Awards.

Though she is now a Twistys contract performer, Brett still has movies that she shot before she signed hitting the streets. This week fans can check out House Rules from Wicked Pictures, which comes out Wednesday.

“This is my very first XBIZ nomination,” Brett said this weekend. “I’m very excited and I’m really proud that they recognized the scene. I know there is a lot of competition and I’m really pleased to be up for an award.”

2013 XBIZ Awards: Maddy O’Reilly Nominated for Best New Starlet

Maddy O’reilly has had an amazing freshman year in the adult business that was recognized over the weekend when she received two nominations for the 2013 XBIZ Awards: Best New Starlet and Best Scene – Gonzo/Non-Feature Release. The scene was with Ramon Nomar in The Bombshells 4 (Elegant Angel).

She can also claim a piece of the credit for the nomination of Smash Pictures’ The Bartender, which was Maddy’s first-ever box cover. She did a great scene with Bill Bailey that opens the movie, which received an XBIZ nomination for Vignette Release of the Year.

Last week Elegant Angel announced that Maddy would be one of four hot young stars to appear in Best New Starlets 2013, which is described as the company’s “annual ode to the hottest new talent on the adult industry scene.” The movie will street in December.

Maddy’s current projects include the lead role in the feature movie that James Avalon is currently shooting, The Neighbors 3, for Sweet Sinner/Mile High Media.

Her work continues to bring in fantastic reviews, including fresh ones for another Avalon feature she starred in, The Babysitter 7. On top of praising her scene, XCritic’s Apache Warrior says that Maddy “is going to do well as a romantic leading lady.”

At Adult DVD Talk astroknight said that Maddy and Manuel Ferrara “obviously drive this one,” and that Maddy “turns out two smoking hot scenes.”

“Although some might complain about this in a ‘couples movie,’” astroknight writes, “I can't have anything close to a complaint about it with how obviously into it Maddy was. … It shows why Maddy O'Reilly should be getting a fair amount of attention come this awards season.”
