Wicked Girls Shine Bright at AEE 2013

For industry powerhouse Wicked Pictures, the past year will be remembered as one of innovation. The entertainment resort's penthouse suites were the place to be Wednesday, January 16th as the Wicked Girls™ enjoyed a media day attended by press from around the globe. Forbes.Com, Perez Hilton, CNBC, the Huffington Post, HBO Latin America, Consumer Electronics Daily, the Las Vegas Business Press and many more interviewed the five contract superstars as well as Men In Black: A Hardcore Parody creator Brad Armstrong, The afternoon saw the Wicked family joined by Marcus London (creator of London Gunn Films / Miko Lee Productions' 2013 AVN award winner Spartacus MMXII: The Beginning), Joanna Angel (star of the 2013 AVN award winner Joanna Angel Filthy Whore), and talent from Video Marc Dorcel, producers of the 2013 AVN award winner Inglorious Bitches.

After spending the day with the most powerful names in news, the Wicked Girls™ danced the night away at Chateau nightclub as hosts of the official AEE Kick Off Party.  

Following an opening day ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring jessica drake, the Wicked Girls™ held court at the Joint while the Wicked Sensual Care Collection's stylish booth proved to be one of the highlights of the 2013 AVN Novelty Expo, a “sister event” run in

conjunction with AEE. The Wicked ladies graced red carpets throughout the week, and earned a new generation of fans by hosting a rave-influenced night of revelry at TAO.  

The 30th Annual AVN Awards Show proved to be a distinctly Wicked affair as well, with jessica hosting the red carpet while Samantha anchored an exciting look at the gala for Canadian cable television giants Adult 4U. After taking to the awards show stage en masse to present the Movie of the Year, the bejeweled beauties concluded the night – and their week in Vegas – by hosting the official AVN Awards Afterparty at Vanity. With a sprawling dance floor surrounded by cyclone chandeliers, onyx catwalks and world-class entertainment, the luxurious VIP section was the perfect place to bring all things Wicked to a close.

Wicked Pictures Forges U.S. Broadcast Deal with Pure Play Broadcasting

Canoga Park-based adult industry powerhouse Wicked Pictures is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive broadcast distribution relationship with Pure Play Broadcasting. Since May 18, the respected VOD giant has been serving as the exclusive broadcast distributor for Wicked's content in the United States, satisfying the growing demand for quality adult programming with the studio's award-winning feature product.

The new agreement was announced just as the National Cable & Telecommunications Association launched The Cable Show 2012, the largest annual cable and telecommunications convention and trade show in the United States. Held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center May 21-23, the show saw Pure Play Broadcasting Executive VP of Distribution Lisa Sumja joined by Wicked VP of International Sales and Licensing Steven Vlottes.

“I believe this relationship is going to be very, very beneficial to us in the months ahead,” Mr. Vlottes observed upon his return from the Boston convention. “Lisa Sumja is very goal-oriented and has terrific product knowledge. She's working tirelessly to position both our features and other product lines for maximum exposure. I see her raising our brand's visibility in adult programming to an entirely new level."

Since 2004, Pure Play Broadcasting has established itself as one of the leading providers of adult broadcast content, currently delivering over one hundred hours of quality programming each month. News of Wicked’s new arrangement with Pure Play Broadcasting comes as the company is preparing to release two of its biggest titles for 2012, the big-budget spoof Men In Black: A Hardcore Parody and the compelling end-of-the-world drama Countdown.
