Wicked Sweeps "Fan Choice" Categories at the 22nd Annual NightMoves Awards

Adult industry powerhouse Wicked Pictures is pleased to announce it won ten awards Sunday night, October 12th at the 22nd Annual NightMoves Awards, including several major "Fan Choice" awards.

The winners were revealed during a festive ceremony at South Florida's Tampa Gold Club hosted by Ron Jeremy and Sunny Lane. The star-studded soiree saw the company's performers, directors and productions receiving some of the evening’s top honors, including the coveted NightMoves First Choice Award. A recognition of excellence bestowed on films released after the voting deadline, the distinction went to the acclaimed Wicked Fairy Tales release Sleeping Beauty XXX: An Axel Braun Parody starring Stormy Daniels and Anikka Albrite. The first release in the hit line, Snow White XXX: An Axel Braun Parody with Riley Steele and jessica drake, was honored with the Best Parody – Drama Fan Choice award.

Parody-specialist Braun received several other fan-voted trophies, including Best Director – Parody Fan Choice. Best All Sex Release Fan Choice went to his superstar showcase Riley Goes Gonzo, and the film's titular star, Axel Braun Productions contract girl Riley Steele, received Best Body Fan Choice. APB contract star Aiden Ashley was similarly honored, receiving Miss Congeniality Fan Choice. And fittingly enough for a filmmaker who swept so many major categories, Braun was also inducted into the NightMoves Hall of Fame. "Having not one, but two of my Wicked Fairy Tales win awards was awesome,” the director said of his experience at the show. “I'm especially happy to have been able to make Wicked proud, and to be part of a company where Brad Armstrong, another big winner at NightMoves, is one of my colleagues. The fact that Wicked also won Best Production Company is a testament to the level of quality and commitment that we all strive to achieve."

Major accolades continued to come Wicked’s way throughout the evening. The overall excellence of veteran blockbuster creator Brad Armstrong's work was rewarded with the coveted Best Director – Feature Fan Choice award, while the charismatic star of such hit Armstrong releases as Asa Gets Wicked and Holly...Would, Asa Akira, earned the Editor’s Choice - Best Body trophy. "I'm so happy to be awarded 'Best Body,'" Akira enthused upon learning of the announcement. "In a business full of so many perfect figures, it truly is a great compliment. Thank you, NightMoves!"

As one might expect from a company celebrated for its commitment to excellence in adult filmmaking, the conclusion of the evening saw Wicked Pictures receiving Best Production Company Fan Choice honors.  Company Owner and President Steve Orenstein, in turn, was quick to praise both NightMoves and his contract team. "We would like to thank NightMoves for continuing to offer a fan component to their awards. Having the fans choose Brad for his whole body of work and Axel for specific projects tells us we are continuing to deliver what they want to see and we appreciate their support. As NightMoves kicks off awards season, we hope critics will feel the same as the fans in the upcoming voting."
Wicked thanks its loyal fans for their support and proudly congratulates its 22nd Annual NightMoves Award winners. For more, please visit www.wicked.com.
