 DreamZone Entertainment Scores 14 AVN Award Nominations

DreamZone Entertainment is proud to announce that it has hauled in 14 2015 AVN Award nominations. Known for its blockbuster parodies, DreamZone Entertainment has further solidified itself as a leader in the genre by scoring two Best Parody nominations for its films E.T. XXX and Cape Fear XXX. 

Cape Fear XXX, Bonnie Rotten’s directorial debut for a full length feature, swept up a number of nominations for Rotten, including Best Actress and Best Director – Parody. 

 

The film also scored nominations for Best Screenplay, a Best Supporting Actor nom for Alec Knight and a Best Supporting Actress nom for Chanel Preston. E.T. XXX, DreamZone’s other big parody for the year, earned a nom for Jim Powers for Best Director – Parody, Best Special Effects, a Best Supporting Actress nom for Alana Evans, and a nom for Most Outrageous Sex Scene which starred Jodi Taylor, Bradley Remington and, of course, E.T. himself. In addition, the studio also scored nominations for Best Marketing Campaign – Company Image, Clever Title of the Year for The Little Spermaid, and Best Interracial Release for The Real Housewives of Lex Steele #2.

Dreamzone Brings in 4 XBIZ Award Nominations

DreamZone Entertainment is mainly known for producing high-end parodies, but this year, the XBIZ Award Committee recognized the parody powerhouse for some of its other films that encompass a number of other categories. 

The studio hauled in 4 award nominations including Parody Release of the Year (Comedy) for The Little Spermaid and Best Scene (Parody Release) for the Bonnie Rotten and Ryan McClane pairing in Rambone XXX. They also received an Interracial Release of the Year nomination for the second installment of its series The Real Housewives of Lexington Steele, and a Fetish Release of the Year nom for Squirtaholics.

 

“We are over the moon with these nominations,” claimed Adam H., VP of DreamZone Entertainment. “DreamZone’s focus has always been parodies, as that is what fans identify our brand with. But we have put out a number of other titles that don’t fall in the parody category. With so many competing studios out there, to be considered in categories like Interracial Release of the year and Fetish Release of the Year is a big honor and shows that DreamZone can be successful in whatever we do.”

Britney Amber’s Star Vehicle ‘Barb Wire XXX’ Releases This Week

In what is probably the most talked about release of 2013 so far, DreamZone Entertainment’s Barb Wire XXX streets this week.

Starring Britney Amber in the legendary Pamela Anderson role, it is perfect example of exemplary parody casting. In an interview with XCritic that went live Monday Britney says she was “extremely flattered” to have won the role–and divulges that she originally thought she didn’t win it.

“They had me send them pictures in my rendition of the Barb Wire costume,” she told XCritic. “I didn't hear back from the company for about two months so I thought they had chosen someone else. I was so stoked to finally hear back and that they had chosen me!”

The choice has proven a win for producers and for Britney. The already-hot star was given the opportunity to show off both her acting and her sex skills (in two amazing scenes) and DreamZone was able to cast the person obviously most qualified for the role. Britney Amber Is Cast as Barb Wire For Dreamzone Parody

Britney Amber has been cast as Barb Wire in Dreamzone Entertainment’s movie of the same name. The superhero XXX parody is directed by Michael Bisco and is currently in production. “Barb Wire” has a ton of action and fight scenes and Britney will have two boy/girl scenes in the movie with Billy Glide and Earl Slate. In recently released photos from set, Britney is seen wearing sexy leather outfits and thigh-high boots with the signature Barb Wire tattoo on her upper arm.

Barb Wire was originally published through Dark Horse Comics and is the story of thrill junkie Barbara Kopetski who is known as Barb Wire and owns a bar and is a part-time bounty hunter. In 1996, Pamela Anderson played the character in the movie.

“Of all the superheroes, Barb Wire is the best one and I’m having so much fun playing her,” says Britney Amber. “She’s so sexy and has the best outfits. The cast for the movie is amazing and we’re very lucky to have Michael Bisco directing. Everyone is going to be blown away by this movie.”
